Christian Business Network Marketplace (CBNM) was created to help every Christian and non-Christian to fulfill his/her god’s given talent to reach god’s given destiny. In addition, CBNM was created to honor our Lord and Mrs. Wai-Hing Fok, and Mr. Yeung Hoi Fok in heaven.
Genesis of CBNM
Mrs. Wai-Hing Fok Mr. Yeung-Hoi Fok
Our founders, Mrs. Wai-Hing Fok and Mr. Yeung Hoi Fok were faithful Christian and served the Lord by helping many to achieve their dreams. Their children still remembers the days when Mrs. Wai-Hing Fok transformed their traditional bookstore business to a brand-new jewelry store with little no investment. Mrs. Wai-Hing Fok was a transformational visionary when her husband was the DOer and Implementer to make things happen.
Mr. Fok was also a generous giver when one time he was on a business trip for investment, he came across a poor family with young kids. He was generous enough to give all his investment money to them as he believed that they needed the money more than him for the business investment.
This little story exemplified how Jesus Christ has taught us to excel to become a Master (Employer & Entrepreneur) instead of Slave (Employee). More importantly, we should leverage our God’s given resources to help others beyond our family.

Matt Fok, Executive Director
Matt Fok has been a faithful Christian for over twenty years. The Lord has given him a vision to leverage his talent to empower every Christian community with the latest cloud computing technologies. The business model is simple. It is FREE for all Christian nonprofit organizations.
Mr. Fok is the Founder and CEO of eLearningZoom and eZ-Xpo, a new game changer in cloud collaborative applications based in San Francisco Silicon Valley, California that develops the next generation of online training, virtual event/expo, and business networking marketplace solutions for small to medium-sized companies.
Mr. Fok is also an online and on-campus Adjunct Faculty Professor at Golden Gate University, Capella, Ashford, AIU Online for the undergraduate and graduate M.B.A. program in strategic management, global marketing, and technology management courses.He holds his M.B.A. in International Marketing and Finance from the University of San Francisco, McLaren School of Business. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State, San Luis Obispo.
Mr. Fok has comprehensive entrepreneurial technology experiences in sales/marketing, strategic planning, business development, and product management. He has strong knowledge of telecommunication, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), B2B, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Web Conferencing, and e-Business Infrastructure Technology. He is well-versed in intercultural communication and business practices with business partners in Asia, China, and Europe.
He has successfully developed global product strategy and launched profitable products with over $100M accumulative sales through comprehensive product delivery life cycle process for many companies including Kana Software Inc., Oracl/Siebel Inc., AT&T, and IBM in Bay Area, CA.
Matt Fok is also the author of “Virtual Business Ecosystem – How to Harness the Power of Cloud Computing, Social Media, and Virtual Events to Create an Unfair Advantage!”
